Mar 03, 2011 · This is bugging me. I want to be able to do this systematically, not just memorize that a certain number of microns equals one wavenumber. I'm trying to convert .001 microns to wavenumbers. I'll use v to signify wavenumber (closest thing to nu-tilde), and L (lambda) to signify wavelength.
